obviously, men can use any body wash; it doesn’t have to be dude-specific 👨🏻 but here are some awesome clean, natural options that have more gender-neutral or masculine scent profiles that they might prefer!

even though men tend to use fewer products than women, it’s still super important to choose safer options that don’t contain endocrine-disrupting fragrances, harsh sulfates, PEGs, or questionable ingredients. especially something like body wash, which covers them head to toe 🫧

retinol is kind of a gray area in clean beauty! while it’s been widely studied and is the gold standard for wrinkle prevention and promoting cell turnover, many people choose to avoid it for various reasons.

(such as pregnancy, sensitive skin, or concerns with Vitamin A toxicity)

the good news is 1) there are clean brands that make retinols with safer ingredients AND 2) there are a ton of plant-based, natural alternatives with similar benefits if you prefer those instead!
